Twin Root Wellness
Because your 'athlete' status doesn't have an expiration date
We’re Here for You!
For two years, Twin Root has been your go-to for pelvic floors and postpartum rebuilds. But let’s be real—womanhood doesn't stop at '6 weeks cleared.'
As we’ve grown, we’ve realized the 'athletic' conversation needs to get a lot louder for the women navigating perimenopause and beyond. You aren't 'slowing down'; your physiology is just changing the rules of the game.
We’re officially adding Menopause & Performance to our clinical roster. Whether you’re dealing with the 'brain fog' of peri or trying to keep your deadlift strong while your hormones play hide-and-seek, we’ve got the OT expertise and mindset tools to keep you rooted.
Same twins. Same science. Just a few more fans running in the gym.
Meet the Twins Behind Twin Root Wellness
Twin Root Wellness was founded by us—twin sisters with a shared mission: to support active women through every "WTF" moment of their hormonal lives with a rooted, evidence-based approach.
Kaitlyn is a pelvic floor Occupational Therapist, a CrossFit L1 trainer, and—most recently—a Girls Gone Strong Menopause Coaching Specialist. She’s obsessed with helping women keep their athlete identity alive, whether they are navigating a lifting platform with a baby bump or hitting a PR while managing perimenopause.
Meghann is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who specializes in the mental gymnastics of womanhood. From baby blues to the identity crisis of midlife, she provides the mindset tools to help you stay grounded when your hormones (and your life) feel anything but.
Together, we bring a powerful blend of movement, mindset, and clinical expertise. We’re here to help you thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally—because you deserve a team that speaks the language of performance, not just "recovery."

“When I first got pregnant, I felt extremely lost when it came to working out. CrossFit was always my outlet and my hobby, but being pregnant I had a lot of anxiety about it. I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to connect with Meg. She immediately jumped in and gave me easy to follow modifications for the first trimester. She truly eased my anxiety and helped me see that I could keep doing the workouts and movements that I love to do. Any questions I have, she is quick to answer and does so with the utmost kindness. I’m not sure what I would’ve done without her help.”
