We offer individual consultation packages, gym staff training, and group workshops to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. We collaborate with athletes, coaches, and providers alike—because elevating women’s health requires a team that speaks the same performance-driven language.

Meet the Twins Behind Twin Root Wellness

Twin Root Wellness was founded by twin sisters with a shared mission: to support women through every phase of life with a holistic, rooted approach to wellness.

Kaitlyn is a pelvic floor occupational therapist and certified CrossFit trainer, passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.

Meghann is a licensed mental health therapist who specializes in supporting women through the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Together, they bring a powerful blend of movement, mindset, and clinical expertise to help women thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
